Digg is a great network to get your website indexed fast in Google. You can get indexed in a few hours by simply Digging your own website.

Again, to worry to much about how to use it for traffic, Just use the service! Digg the sites you like, make sure to always digg your own sites. A great way to use this network is also to be the first one to digg a site. If you see a new product launch, try to be the first to digg the site! This will get people looking at your profile, seeing your diggs, and will get you more power in the digg network.

Another network kind of like digg, but I think stumble may even have more power then digg! "stumble" your own sites to get indexed fast is google and also to get free traffic.

"Stumble" other members sites, and they may in return stumble your websites, that will send you more traffic, and when you stumble other sites, you get more power in the network by people seeing you around,
they may become one of your "friends". That = more free traffic! Again, no need to over do it here too, just use the service, and you'll get free traffic to your sites.

Youtube now owned by Google is an amazing place to network and get free traffic to your websites. You can do a lot of things on youtube to get free traffic to your sites.

The first way would be to create videos on the niche your in giving people great content on the subject, this will get people to follow your videos and soon all you'll need to do is submit a video, all of your followers will see it and you'll get traffic.
